)Use swabs collect fresh feces samples, or directly collect from the rectum. For screening CPV,CCV and Giardia in dogs without diarrhea, Collect sample from rectal not feces.

2)Insert the swab into the buffer tube immediately. Rotate the swab repeatedly on the tube wall at least 10 times and mix the solution to dissolve the sample as much as possible in the solution. Extrude the swab on the test tube wall to allow the fluid to be squeezed out as much as possible and discard the swab.

3) If the there have stool particles larger, you can let stand for 1-2 minutes, let large particles precipitate.

4)Remove the test device from the foil pouch, and place it on a flat and dry surface.Using the disposable dropper provided,Add 5 drops of sample into each well marked “S” on the device.

5)As the test begins to work, you will see purple color move across the result window in the center of the test device. If the migration has not appeared after 1 minute,you can press areas between ” sample hole” and “T line” , help liquid release.

6) Read the test results within 10 ~ 15 minutes, Invalid result after 15 minutes

1) Specimen Canine Whole blood, serum or plasma

• Test procedure

1. a) When specimen and test kits are stored at cold circumstances ( 2~8 ℃), put them at room temperature for 15 ~ 30 minutes before use.
2. b) Take out a device from a pouch and place it on a horizontal surface.
3. c) Using dropper add 2 drops of serum to Heartworm sample well. Other 3 sample well using a dropper as a pipette, obtain the specimen and dispense 10ul (black line) of the fluid into the specimen well (S).
4. d) When the specimen is completely absorbed into the specimen well (S), add 3 drops ( 80 ㎕ ) of buffer.
5. e) Read the test results between 5 ~ 10 minutes.

1) Collect 0.5-1ml blood, centrifuge at 3000r/min for 3-5min to separate serum. Or be static at 4℃ overnight, separate the serum naturally.

2) Take out the test card( return to room temperature firstly if store in cold), put it on desk flatly.

3) Use dropper to Add 3 drops of sample vertically and slowly to the sample hole with “S” mark.

4) Read the test results between 10 ~ 20 minutes.

The result will invalid after 20 minutes.
