Procedure

1)Use swabs collect fresh feces as sample, or directly collect from the rectum. For screening FCoV in cats without diarrhea, Collect sample from rectal not feces.

2)Insert the swab into the buffer tube immediately. Rotate the swab repeatedly on the tube wall at least 10

times and mix the solution to dissolve the sample as much as possible in the solution. Extrude the swab on the test tube wall to allow the fluid to be squeezed out as much as possible and discard the swab.

3) If the there have stool particles larger, you can let stand for 1-2 minutes, let large particles precipitate.

4)Remove the test device from the foil pouch, and place it on a flat and dry surface.Using the disposable dropper provided,Add 5 drops of  sample into well marked “S” on the device.

5)As the test begins to work, you will see purple color move across the result window in the center of the test device. If the migration has not appeared after 1 minute,you can press areas between ” sample hole” and “T line” , help liquid release.

6) Read the test results within 5 ~ 10 minutes, Invalid result after 10 minutes
